I started by adding the crystals to the bottom, then the Himalayan Pink Rock Salt on top.
I then added the Selenite Rod, Dried Flowers, Cinnamon stick, Cloves and Bay Leaf.
This is when i took time to write my intentions on a small piece of white paper. I roll this up tightly, tied with cotton and added to the jar.
I then included my Rose Quartz and light my pillar candle.
While sealing my jar i repeat the intentions i had wrote earlier.
I keep my manifestation jar in view , it sits on my rattan shelf in front of my work space so i am continually reminded of my self worth, my power and what i have set to achieve.
